Job Description

This role is reporting directly into the Finance Manager.

Please note this is an on site position which has all the correct measures in place in line with Covid-19.

You will be an experienced accounts payable assistant, with strong Excel skills and have had previous experience with the system SAGE 50. You can expect an hourly rate between £11.00- £11.50 ph.

Responsibilities include:

  • Purchase Ledger and Invoice receipting
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Effective communication with suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Company Credit Card reconciliation
  • Spreadsheet Maintenance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an experienced accounts payable assistant, with strong Excel skills and have had previous experience with the system SAGE 50.
