The main parts of the Client Associate Administrator role will include:
Dealing with a high level of inbound and outbound calls
Respond to any queries timely and professional manner
Management of cases
Escalating complex cases or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues
Booking in telephone and face to face assessments with our team of Doctors and Nurses
Liaising with clients, their employees, internal staff and 3rd parties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of data protection (GDPR) Good verbal and written communication skills Able to use own initiative and take a proactive approach Strong customer service skills Good IT skills Ideally Medical/Clinical experience
