FINANCE, PA SUPPORT TO THE MD AND HR.
FINANCE - STAFF PAYROLL, PURCHASE LEDGER, CREDIT CONTROL, VAT RETURNS, CASH FLOW, FINANCIAL REPORTING, MONTHLY ACCOUNTS AND BALANCE SHEETS. FORECASTING. REVIEW OF OVERHEADS AND COST REDUCTIONS.
LIASING WITH EXTERNAL ADVISERS, INCLUDING ACCOUNTANTS, BANKERS, INSURANCE BROKERS.
HR - NEW STARTER INDUCTIONS, TYPING OUT ALL HR CORRESPONDANCE, NOTE TAKING, KEEPING ATTENDANCE AND HOLIDAY RECORDS. LAW AND LEGISLATION AND HEALTH AND SAFETY.
PA - MEETINGS AND DIARY KEEPING, SUPPORT AND IT ADMINISTRATION.
HOURS OF WORK ARE 8.30AM- 5.30PM ( MONDAY-FRIDAY) BUT SOME OVER TIME IS REQUIRED AT BUSY TIMES.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROACTIVE THINKER WHO CAN INTRODUCE NEW SYSTEMS AND HELP STREAMLINE THE BUSINESS AS WE GROW.
