Your new role
Within your new role you will be assisting with the day to day administration of looking after the organisation's clients and supporting the investment management team. You will provide support to senior staff, dealing with various tasks, as well as working with the administration team to ensure the smooth running of the team and enhance client experience.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
* Using MS Excel to work with data
* Preparing review packs and pitch documents/presentations using PowerPoint.
* Portfolio administration
* Supporting other admin staff with transfers, new account openings and deceased estates amongst other duties
* General record keeping and electronic filing
* Handling of telephone calls and enquiries, ensuing they are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
* Help with team projects - i.e. annual reviews
* Assist team members as required
