Roles and responsibilities will include:
Year end: manage the year end audit process and production of financial statements for a plc.
Audit: act as point of contact for the audit and ensure information is prepared in advance of audit to the required standard, as well as resolving any queries that arise in a timely manner.
Accounting and System Knowledge: assist with live migration to a new accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central). Good understanding of how systems/software packages work and are integrated in an organisation.
Internal Control and Branch Monitoring: Have good experience in implementing, improving and adapting internal controls of the organisation and control of branches/regions.
Other ad-hoc duties as required
