Job Description

The successful Line Support Engineer should have the following:

  • Solid experience in a client-facing support role (managed service provider)
  • Have experience in Office 365 migrations or keen to develop knowledge on Office 365 and Azure
  • Strong experience with Windows Server - 2008 through to 2019 (both hosted and on prem)
  • It is essential to have knowledge experience along with architectural and deployment of the following Microsoft technologies:
    • Office/365, Teams, Azure, SQL, Sharepoint
  • Strong technical knowledge, and understanding of ERP/accounting systems an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
