Job Description
The successful Line Support Engineer should have the following:
- Solid experience in a client-facing support role (managed service provider)
- Have experience in Office 365 migrations or keen to develop knowledge on Office 365 and Azure
- Strong experience with Windows Server - 2008 through to 2019 (both hosted and on prem)
- It is essential to have knowledge experience along with architectural and deployment of the following Microsoft technologies:
- Office/365, Teams, Azure, SQL, Sharepoint
- Strong technical knowledge, and understanding of ERP/accounting systems an advantage
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
