The Role:
You will be assisting a residential conveyancer dealing with:
Audio typing
Opening files on proclaim/case management software
Providing administrative support to the fee earners
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Photocopying, scanning and filing
Competent in the use of Microsoft word and excel
Incoming and outgoing post

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have worked in a conveyancing secretarial capacity previously. You will be an excellent team player and a fast learner with strong communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills You will be a proactive self-starter.
