The Role:

  • You will be assisting a residential conveyancer dealing with:
  • Audio typing
  • Opening files on proclaim/case management software
  • Providing administrative support to the fee earners
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft word and excel
  • Incoming and outgoing post

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have worked in a conveyancing secretarial capacity previously. You will be an excellent team player and a fast learner with strong communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills You will be a proactive self-starter.
