Job Description
My client, a well-established family law practice are seeking an experienced family legal secretary to join their expanding practice.
You will provide full and extensive support including, but not limited to:
- Audio & copy typing
- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Opening and closing file
- Email management
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Answering incoming calls
- All other administrative and secretarial support as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Due to the nature of the role you will need to have experience of working as a legal secretary within family law and have excellent typing and organizational skills.
