Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Group Director of People's diary management and the department's day to day administration including post, stationery ordering and routine correspondence. Proactively monitor executive schedules to make effective use of the Group Director of People's time
Act as the departments Office manager including planning, co-ordinating and attending team meetings to take minutes
Support the end to end recruitment process including updating trackers and HR database
Co-ordination of new staff onboarding process e.g. new starter admin
Prepare and maintain accurate checklists for various employee processes e.g. maternity, end of probation, leaver, flexible working requests etc
Ensure trackers are kept updated and accurate and are visible to the team, with any areas of risk immediately escalated
Process People team invoices
