Job Description

A temporary vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to cover 12 months’ maternity leave. You will be supporting the design team with a variety administrative duties, as well as managing internal and external queries both on the phone and over email.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Uploading documents onto customer portals.
  • Producing 3D visuals of existing designs.
  • Keeping up to date with new procedures and products.

Additional Info:

  • This role is initially a 12-months contract but for the right candidate it could lead to a permanent role.
  • The bonus is achieved if targets are met.
  • Flexible working hours after 3 months service.
  • 22 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
  • Hours of work: Mon -Thurs 08:30 -17:00 (45 minutes for lunch) Fri - 08:30-16:00 (1 hour for lunch).

  • On-site canteen area and kitchen facilities.
  • Free parking.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to fulfil the role of Administrator, you will need to have experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines, you must also have excellent organizational, written and numerical skills and be a good timekeeper that can manage their own workload effectively.
