We have been very fortunate to expand our company in these current times. Our small office team of 2 is currently experiencing high demand for our services and has been growing steadily over the years. We are looking to hire a new employee to join our team, who can help us to take the lead of selling and managing the new customers on a daily basis. The job specifications are :
Working remotely from home with some days in the office, we can be flexible.
Answering incoming calls and responding to incoming enquiries.
Entering new leads to CRM and then a follow-up call/email.
Arrange goods for the customer and inform fitters for the installation requirements.
Organising the daily calendar for the company
Liaise with suppliers and customers.
General administration and responding to emails.
Able to work on own initiative
Fluent written and spoken English required
Engineering background is preferred but not essential
Full training will be provided.
