Job Description

My client based in and operating in North West Leeds is looking for a Sales and Office Manager.

Over 18 years in business they are now looking to appoint the Sales and Office Manager who will lead and drive the business forward using excellent sales techniques, leadership skills, and strategic financial reporting and planning.

Must have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Be thorough and accurate, good financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Leadership skills, good mentor and motivator
  • Excellent client relationship skills, developing and maintaining
  • Experience in onboarding and recruitment
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in work within a changing environment
  • Full clean driving license and own vehicle.
  • Sales experience, both strategic planning and field sales.

Your working week will be between the office in West Park and field-based appointments with new and existing clients. Monday – Friday 40 hours.

Salary £25,000 + Commission per annum with view of increase in six months.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts software. Experience with online marketing (Twitter/Facebook). Cleaning Industry experience. Knowledge of local area geography needed! LS16 and surround North West Leeds area: Kirkstall, Weetwood through Headingley, Cookridge, Horsforth, Bramhope to Otley.
