Job Description

Our reputable client based near Hebden Bridge require an experienced Sales and Installations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Following a quote acceptance by a customer you will be responsible for managing all support and services through to installation completion. To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction you will be:

  • Responsible for the planning and coordinating activities to supporting the Engineering Team Leader to ensuring delivery of products.
  • Courtesy follow up calls to ensure customer expectations are always being delivered, including regular customer updates regarding outstanding tasks.
  • Responsible for sending all relevant installation documents to a client upon final installation.
  • Generating Purchase Orders for sub-contracted services.
  • Matching Purchase Order values to invoices.
  • Ensure all associated costs are correct prior to raising any customer invoice.
