Job Description

Working closely with the Management Accountant, this will be a varied role which will see you take responsibility for a wide range Accounts Payable tasks with the opportunity to support with month end accounts.

Key duties will include:

• Processing and coding supplier invoices onto the ledger both manually and matching to POs
• Processing invoices against POs and investigating and resolving any queries that might arise
• Production of weekly supplier statements
• Processing BACS and CHAPS payments
• Collating employee expenses
• Ad-hoc financial analysis work as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be proactive and self-motivated with a "can-do" approach and enjoy working in a team. You must have proven Accounts Payable experience. In the early stages of ACCA, CIMA or AAT study, you will have great communication skills and take pride in your work.
