Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Managing website functions and social media
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing
Work remotely:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have good written command and speaking conduct in English. Must be able to generate invoices through software. Must be able to take payments from customers. Must be up to date with all products and services we provide. Must be able to liase with customers and provide professional customer service.
