We are looking for a person who has a strong attention to detail and accuracy to join our small IT team which includes clinical administration, IT and support services across the Hospice.
You should be a person who is flexible, level headed and is willing to get involved with situations which you may not necessarily expect. You will be the first point of contact for basic IT enquiries across the whole organization, dealing with telephony, PC, printing and software queries. You will help deliver an effective and efficient support service to assist in the provision of quality patient care.
The role will include day to day operational use of SystmOne ensuring records are updated, information is entered accurately and retrieved as requested along with providing administration support to our clinical teams ensuring consistently high standards are maintained when formatting letters, reports and producing documentation.
