Description

The part-time Secretarial Administrator working for a Youth Centre based in London will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative support, including taking and screening phone calls and emails and responding to enquiries
  • Updating the system and maintaining company files
  • Organising meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Maintaining office supplies and stock
  • Scheduling diaries when necessary

Job Offer

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Administrative experience, desirably from a charity background Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Great organisation and be able to multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
