Candidates should be able to assist management, sales, marketing and production teams and
all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance
via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Perform and provide research as needed to different departments across the company
Develop reports as requested
Responsible for specific projects
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
Offer general staff support across all departments
Carry out administrative duties

Prior administrative experience. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. Excellent computer skills - proficient in MS Office, Excellent attention to detail. Excel at both verbal and written communication. Be proactive. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and priorities work, strong organizational and planning skills.
