Job Description

Receive and discharge guests, answer questions, answer phones, provide exceptional customer service to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide assistance to new guests.
  • Be in charge of bills and payment transactions.
  • Retrieve and distribute messages from general delivery voicemail.
  • Receive, open, date stamp, and distribute all mail.
  • Post all outgoing mail.
  • Ensure that the lobby and reception desk is neat and orderly at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or individual. Assist callers with general questions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be an outgoing, welcoming personality. Use thinking and private judgment to perform a range of office tasks that need special skills and knowledge. Make decisions supported by your judgment and company policy. Follow instructions without close supervision. Speak and write clearly and accurately. Perform effective public relations, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to read and comprehend instructions. Effectively present information in one-on-one situations. Proficient in Microsoft suite. Have the ability to multi-task.
