Role
The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the following:
* Purchase ledger support - assist with invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliation, nominal code analysis and resolving supplier/purchase queries
* Operational support with invoice validation
* Assisting the Management Accountant with month end tasks, which will include financial reporting and analysis
* Allocating cash receipts against sales ledger and responsibility for the ledger
* Support with controlling the credit and finance email in-boxes
* General finance admin tasks
