Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for delivering top-rated customer service to develop their career in our growing Operations department. As a Business Support Administrator you will be a first point of contact for all enquiries here at BW Legal. You will be responsible for resolving enquiries and providing excellent customer service to our customers, 3rd parties and internal teams via email and telephone. The priority for our Business Support Administrator is to offer quality customer service and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and 3rd parties via email and letter.
  • Delivering expert advice, ensuring the enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact by adhering with the firms Treating Customers Fairly approach.
  • Working on behalf of a number of different clients from different sectors such as parking, financial and utilities, so no one day is the same.

What you will work

You will be contracted to work 30 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern. You will work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday on an agreed shift pattern.

The starting salary for this role is £17,700 per annum.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in an office-based customer service environment is preferred but not essential as full training provided. We are also happy to consider any graduates who are looking to pursue a career within this field. Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel Preferred. GCSE in English or equivalent is desirable. Good written communication skills. Good attention to detail. Good time management skills. Debt management experience desirable but not essential.
