Group Accountant for an international media business based in central London £50-60k


Your new company
A forward thinking SME media agency based in London with offices also in Dublin and Sydney is hiring a recently qualified (0-2 years pqe) Financial Accountant. You will be working for a brand which aims to make a difference and prides themselves on delivering a unique and modern service to their varied and international client portfolio. This is a growing business looking to secure a strong future and as a result are investing heavily in the qualified finance team who will join them on their journey to growth.

Your new role
As a Group Accountant you will be responsible for

• Preparing group monthly / quarterly management accounts
• Consolidating Group Accounts
• Preparing monthly cash flow
• Supporting the FD / Operations director in producing board meeting reports
• Manage the quarterly VAT reporting for the UK and Irish companies
• Business partnering with the leadership team and project managers
• Managing one junior member of staff
• Adhoc project work

Candidate requirements
You must be either practice trained newly qualified ACA / ACCA with strong technical experience OR
Industry trained with all round finance experience (preparing management accounts, VAT experience, month end).
