You will ensure efficient day to day operation of the administration office and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and suppliers.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Perform the receptionist duties including internal customer service.
- Data entry on stock system including purchase orders; deliveries; stock movement
- invoice and payment matching
- arrange deliveries and couriers
- Fleet management including MOTs and Servicing and processing accident claims
- office supplies both stationery and facilities (refreshments, toiletries etc.) and order/shop when required.
- Liaise with office cleaners.
- Manage travel arrangements including transport, accommodation and parking.
- Organise meetings, refreshments and equipment, both on- and off-site.
- Arrange fund raising activities/office team events
- Log First Aid and Fire Marshall training and monitor accident book.
- Keep records and log certificates for all training.
