Job Description
To ensure that our services and products are supplied on time in full in line with the customers’ requirements whilst increasing margins at every opportunity by minimizing expenditure where possible. A high level of customer service is expected at all times.
Key functions of the role
- Assist with the processing, co-ordination and completion of orders and contracts.
- Process orders for survey, manufacture and installation.
- Place company purchase orders for materials needed within required timescales ensuring minimization of costs wherever possible whilst confirming expected delivery dates
- Communicate with surveyors, production and installation operatives to ensure that their roles are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Revalue jobs based on surveyors manufacturing schedules, identifying any variations needed
Supply the customer with all information requested in relation to the contracts.
Assist in planning in all work to ensure the completion of orders to both the Company’s and the Customer’s satisfaction
Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are met and adhered to in all areas of completing the contracts.
Work towards monthly invoice targets.
General
- Contribute to the efficient running of the company, assist other colleagues when appropriate, answer incoming phone calls, maintain good housekeeping and ensure good customer service and a positive image of the company is maintained at all times.
- Ensure all corporate company procedures are followed and adhered to
- Ensure compliance with company and legislative health and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirements with regards to Child Safety Regulations and Anti Ligature Systems
- Undertake any other duties as directed by a Manager or Director.
Benefits:
Salary: £ TBC Dependent on hours
Part-time hours: 22-25 per week, over 5 days preferred
Schedule:

- No weekends
