Will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
Overseeing and assisting with the PPE suppliers accounts.
Assist with the reconciliation of the general ledger and balance sheet accounts as required in accordance with the month end timetable, and ensure errors are identified and rectified in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete accurate working papers to support the figures used in the financial statements.
Assist with tasks required for the successful completion of statutory accounts.
Assist with VAT Return.
Supporting AP and AR when required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge & Skills: Excellent attention to detail. The ability to work to strict time constraints. The ability to prioritise workload. An organised and methodical approach to tasks. Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask across different types of accounting-related projects. Education/Experience: Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA, or fully qualified AAT, with a minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience.
