Reporting into the Head of Finance.

Supporting Finance Business Partners in the production of month end accounts including:

• Preparation of monthly P&L / Balance Sheet and supporting schedules for review
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Fixed Assets
• Leases
• Bad debts
• Rebates
• Control Account Reconciliations
• Other journal entries

• Payroll reporting
• VAT reporting
• Intrastat reporting
• Ad hoc analysis
• Online payment review / authorisation
• Other ad hoc projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Part Qualified (ACMA/ACA/ACCA) with at least 2 years of Accounting experience Strong Excel skills Ability to work accurately under pressure Proactive in managing workloads and addressing potential issues Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
