Regulatory Reporting Accountant - Lloyd's of London

1 Year Contract

Salary negotiable + 20% annual bonus + private health + 10-15% non-contributory pension

Leading financial services organisation requires a qualified Accountant to join their expanding reporting team in a newly created role. This role follows a period of sustained growth, acquisitions, and industry recognition. You would work as part of a team of 3 and report into the Senior Finance Manager.

Overview of the role:

• To manage the effective and compliant accounting for specified portfolios
• Maintain appropriate process and procedures manuals
• Maintain Oracle general ledger for specified portfolios
• Produce full and accurate financial statements on specified portfolios to be compliant with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors to achieve effective sign-off
• Complete and report to parent company on specified portfolios, OneStream reporting and supplementary packs
• Acquisitions due diligence and integration
• Preparation of Lloyds regulatory returns
• Preparation of Lloyds Overseas reporting returns
• Liaison with Actuaries and Auditors for compliant signoff for the Lloyds returns
• Adhoc reporting and analysis as required by Finance Manager or Executive Finance Director

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Financial services sector experience
• Project management and risk management techniques
