Job Description

Bluebird Care Redbridge are currently looking for a Recruitment & HR Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process and mentor new starters once on board. This role has become available due to investment and continued growth within a reputable company.

You will ensure each new recruit is supported efficiently and gains confidence in their role throughout their probation period. As a mentor, you will ensure all aspects of our own care certificate are covered and understood. The role will also involve supervising and guiding both new and existing care assistants to deliver amazing care to our customers for every single visit.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for all HR compliance for both new and existing employees. Ensuring all staff are trained to the best standard and complete update training in line with our polices & procedures.

This is a great opportunity to be part of Bluebird Care, Home Care Service; we are a company that is focused on quality care. You will have previous experience in social care; full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
