The role
Working primarily from home, the roles will support the team and individual team members, including:
Data and record management;
Financial administration, including purchase orders and invoices;
Coordinating and minuting meetings;
Coordinating health campaigns, including research and collating information;
Collecting and analysing information to produce basic reports and related materials.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactive approach to supporting a team. Ability to monitor a range of tasks, including ability to work within tight deadlines and timescales. Excellent IT literacy skills. A high standard of written English and attention to detail. Ability to use effective, clear verbal and written communication skills to produce high quality reports for a range of audiences. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience of providing administrative support to a busy team and experience of using Agresso.
