Job Description

Working alongside our two salespeople you will help to fulfil orders in as short a time frame as possible and to develop good relationships with our customers.

For the right person, this is a very satisfying role in which you can easily see what value you bring just by the appreciation our customers will show you.

It is important that you must be able to work on your own without supervision.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office administration: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working in a busy office environment is essential as this role includes general admin as well as customer service tasks. Working in a small team is much more challenging than working in a large office and you must be able to undertake your role using your own initiative, making informed decisions.
