Job Description

Our client is a global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance.
Our client is requiring a Project Admin to work from a location in London close to Lewisham. Ideally candidates must have previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be excepted to organise travel and accommodation for staff where required, raise Purchase Orders for Non-Product Related items and manage their completion, deal with local IT and Office Equipment issues, and HR team regarding HR issues.
All applicants would be expected to complete the following:
* Hot Desk environment
* SAP preferable
* Admin Duties - Filling, Cross Referencing, Data Input
* Maintain Front office Reception - clear desk policy
* Franking of Mail - special delivery where required
* Distribution of Mail - incl. of email non-residents and forward
* Visitors - receive and notify hosts
* Receipt/Distribution Parcels
* Booking Meeting Rooms/Maintaining Diary
* Travel Requests/Taxi Requests
Candidates with the following requirements will be considered:
* IT Skills required - Word, Excel.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer skills required: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes Willingness and aptitude to learn to use new Information Systems Knowledge and experience to use the clients Information Systems, would be very advantageous such as: - SAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook
