We are looking for a Promotional Planning Administrator to join the team. This department is instrumental in driving turnover for the business and as part of the Food Promotions team you will actively contribute to driving forward the department and directly impact every single store.
What you'll do
•Running the day to day of our weekly promotional offers - including sample management, preparing and analysing sales data, announcing and chasing promotions with suppliers as well as retail price setting
•Co-ordinating with suppliers, advertising and artwork to ensure items are advertised correctly
•Liaising with our International Headquarters
•Conducting independent research and help future innovation
•Solving problems and improving efficiencies
•Managing several different projects and deadlines simultaneously
•Providing ad-hoc administration support
What you'll need
•Earning £22,000 - £30,000 per annum (subject to experience)
•An additional 10% of your annual salary as a non-contractual London Weighting benefit
