Job Description

In this varied role you will oversee service engineer schedules, liaise with a number of different clients, provide quotations and ensure contracts are completed to the desired standard.
This role would suit a Service Co-ordinator / Administrator looking for a secure long term role
The Role:
· Scheduling and managing field service engineers workloads.
· Dealing with customer queries and processing orders.
· Days based role Monday - Friday (no weekends).


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Previous experience in a Hire Desk / Service Co-ordinator / Administrator role · Engineering / Plumbing / Electrical background preferred.
