The Opportunity:

To provide administration support for a pharmaceutical client’s marketing department. Our client are enjoying a significant period of growth and investment for the company and we have a 12 month contract opportunity available working in their Marketing Department based in remotely for the time being with the client team based in Holborn, Central London.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive Financial Support for the Marketing Team, raising and managing (including receipting) Purchase Orders in line with Marketing and BU budget for the HIV teams and proactively record planned and actual spend in the OPEX tracker, ensuring issues are flagged amongst the team.
  • Full support to the Operations Team, supporting product managers in managing and providing all Legal and Financial documentation (Work Orders) for each commercial project, ensuring they meet compliance regulations and project timelines.
  • Supporting the Sales Team where appropriate to maintain a constant flow of information between the Holborn office and the field, ensuring timely access to materials and systems support, managing the Electronic Approval System (EAS) – PromoMats – approvals alongside the marketing team to ensure meetings/agreements/ digital assets, etc. are approved in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organised and able to work on multiple projects at once with a range of stakeholders; internal colleagues across teams/external agencies/external organisations Process driven and confident with a range of systems, with previous experience with budgets/finance – strong systems and process experience General understanding of the ABPI code - Zinc or Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferable Team player with an understanding of how to prioritise in a pressured environment
