Job Description
The role is office based and will require working directly with clients, JRP management and site engineers. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure co-operation and flexibility in fulfilling the Support Contract obligations. A key element of the role is the data entry and the review of the JRP Custom Web Portals, so competency in IT and use of software packages is essential.
First point of contact for Northern clients via email and phone
Data entry onto various platforms
Scheduling and coordination of routine scheduled maintenance
Support ticket initialization and allocation
Data Administrative support for WaSP related projects
Data administrative support for Support Contracts
Data administrative support for Contracts Manager
Data analysis
Stock organization, order, allocation, and coordination for both Northern support and project works
Office consumables, stationery and PPE order and allocation.
Delivery checks and compliance procedures
Office attendance records, fire safety checks
General upkeep of facility regarding cleanliness and presentation
This role will involve lone working at times.
