Job Description
We are recruiting for a Sales & Hire Administrator with a mature approach to work within a successful construction equipment supplier in Leeds that specializes in the Hire, Sale, Repair, and Calibration of survey and safety equipment.
The Sales & Hire Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email in relation to delivery times, hire rates, collections and exchanges etc.
Drawing up quotes for customers
Booking equipment onto a bespoke system
Dealing with customers face to face, resolving issues and prioritizing customer requests
Using excel & internal hire system
Managing customers' expectations in line with the companies’ 'customer first' policy
Taking cash and card payments
Vehicle route planning
Dealing with customers face-to-face on the trade counter
In return you will be working within a successful and growing, family-feel business. Training will be provided as well as the support to grow within the role and company.
Hours: 7.30-5pm Mon-Fri
Holidays: 21 days plus BH

Resilience; to be able to with demanding, construction- based customers. Full, clean driving license. Good all round computer skills. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. To be able to work in a fast paced, and often changing, environment. Presentable, professional appearance to represent the company at front of house. Experience of hire procedures within the construction industry. Working knowledge of Syrinx is desirable.
