Job Description

The role demands an extremely high degree of personal organisation and attention to detail.

With exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, strong PC literacy and a flexible and hard-working nature, you will be a confident team player with the motivation and enthusiasm to provide excellent administration support.

The ability to speak and write in additional languages would be particularly advantageous.

Key responsibilities in this Training Course Administrator role include:

  • Processing course bookings, transfers and cancellations
  • Raising invoices and chasing clients for payments
  • Assisting with live webinars - creating webinar links and sending out calendar invitations to participants and trainers
  • Chasing trainers for materials and sending materials / pre-work to participants ahead of  the course
  • Auditing the course on the day to ensure all  technical issues are resolved
  • Sending out assessment forms to participants after the course
  • Carrying out webinar platform tests with clients if needed
  • Assisting with classroom courses - liaising with venues and clients to confirm courses and advise on room requirements, lunches and dietary requirements
  • Assisting with international training projects - assigning courses based on topic, language and location and arranging flights and accommodation as required
  • Updating and maintaining client facing materials, course content and additional information
  • Assisting in the preparation of e-marketing emails
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the database
  • General administration duties required to assist the department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar fast-paced and busy coordinator / administrator role Excellent communication skills and command of the English language - both written and spoken Exceptionally well organised, meticulous and with a good eye for detail Strong PC literacy with excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office applications ‘Can-do’, pro-active nature Focused with a diligent nature Quick learner with the enthusiasm and willingness to learn Team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work from home Available imminently with ability to commit to a 12 month assignment Eligible to work in the UK
