You will be joining a leading Civil Engineering company to assist with all site administration and document control - it is essential that you have experience in this field to be considered.
Admin & Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:
Using Document Control systems to upload download all documents and drawings and all other correspondence, check for comments and new revisions, print hard copies to keep the register up to date
Processing daily task briefings in the mornings
Ensuring labour staff sign in on site
Check timesheets for discrepancies and send the hours to the accounts team for payment.
Responsible for ordering plant, materials and site stationery/consumables
Book meetings and prepare rooms
General support to the project team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Construction Admin experience - Essential Experience using Document Control systems such as 4Projects/viewpoint is ideal, other systems will be considered (Asite, Aconex, BIW/Conject etc…) CSCS card - desirable Must be willing to learn new process and be able to roll them out to the site Must be able to meet strict deadlines Have strong attention to detail Have a great attitude and eagerness to learn
