We have a wonderful opportunity to join Our Client's team as a Complaints Administrator/Coordinator.
Role Purpose:
* To support the effective working of the Complaints Team
* Assisting with case management and administrative tasks
* Investigate and respond to complaints and MP/Councillor enquiries
* To provide admin support to the Customer Services department as and when required.
