My client, a luxury accommodation services firm based in Pimlico are undertaking management of numerous new properties and servicing 100’s a new customers and clients. The Finance Manager who leads a team of 5 is looking for an additional Accounts Assistant (Payables) to join their proactive team in their serviced offices offering full study support and opportunities for development. You will have opportunities to engage in the month end process. What you will be doing
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be working on:
Managing the Accounts Payable Process
Preparing high value multi-currency payments and invoices
Resolving all queries from suppliers
Reconciling banks accounts and supplier statements
Supporting senior staff with commentary on month end reports
Assisting with Fixed Asset Register, Journals, Profit and Loss Statements
Essential skills/experience
Experience across sales and/or purchase ledger
Managing multiple supplier/client accounts
Preparing weekly payment runs
Reconciling banks accounts and supplier statements
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and v-Lookups)
Desirable skills/experience
1+ years’ Purchase Ledger experience
Currently studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA
Experience in the property industry
