Responsibilities as our Customer Operations Administrator will include:
- Co-ordinating transfers into Vitality including liaising with counterparties to ensure a high speed of transfer
- Delivering timely updates both to internal colleagues and key clients
- Ensuring that all relevant systems accurately reflect transfer status’
- Building strong relationships with transfer counterparties
- Supporting the Operations team with key initiatives
- Fielding inbound/outbound calls from advisers/BC’s and direct clients
- Delivering enhanced customer experience through timely updates on all transfers
- Improving turnaround times in relation to transfers, and expectations
