Job Description

The role is also responsible for accurately maintaining Finance Masterdata by following documented and auditable processes and adhering to service level agreements agreed with Bunzl operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the new card program across Bunzl UK&I
  • Provide query support and information as part of the implementation process of the card program
  • Provide ongoing account management of the card program, once embedded across Bunzl UK&I
  • Maintain masterdata in line with agreed service level agreements and agreed auditable processes
  • Providing first line response for Bunzl UK&I stakeholders with masterdata queries.
  • Creating and updating databases, keep records, administer the masterdata and admin process and provide reconciliations
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalating queries where necessary to the appropriate member of management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literate, numerate, attention to detail, logical and methodical approach Ability to follow documented and auditable processes Strong written, organisational and communication skills Gravitas to deal with varying stakeholders within Bunzl UK & Ireland Manage demanding workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines Enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work
