We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to the Stores Team. You will be organized and motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities tasks.

Processing electronic stock issues, returns and transfers
Maintaining, updating and sorting electronic records
Updating and maintaining material records
Monitoring and reordering stationery
Tracking outstanding stock orders with our suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have 4 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) or equivalent or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent. You will be an enthusiastic and effective team worker, open to change and new ideas and be able to communicate well verbally and in writing. You will have IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and an understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace.
