Bluearrow is currently recruiting for a temporary Part time administrator for our client in Batley, Leeds.
The hours are TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY
The role;
To complete Invoicing for Cleaning Station on SAP
Email Backing Sheets to customers
Raise Purchase Orders on Coupa
Log all Purchase orders on Excel spreadsheet
Liaise with customers regarding purchase orders raised via email communication
Must be familiar with excel spreadsheets & SAP system and have a good attention to detail
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of SAP. Previous experience in financial administration. Good IT skills and Experience using Microsoft Office packages. High attention to detail and the ability to priorities and manage time effectively.
