Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative point of contact for customer orders, cancellations and porting
Ensure that provisioning tasks are escalated correctly within the agreed SLAs
Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure services are delivered on time to our customers
Liaise with customers and Account Managers to ensure that we have the correct and complete information from them to fulfil their requests
Handle customer and third-party sensitive information in accordance with the company information classification and handling policy
Task prioritisation
Adhere to established processes
Ensure that customers have a positive experience when working with our provisioning department
To assist the Service Delivery Manager with the production of weekly and monthly reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Strong Customer skills and relationship building Previous Admin experience in a Service Delivery environment preferable (min 3-5 years) Strong organisational skills and time management Strong Excel & MS Word skills Working knowledge of Service Now desirable Knowledge of Telecoms industry preferred
