Job Description

What you will be doing

  • Reporting into the Accountant you will be working on:
  • Managing the accounts payable and receivables process
  • Preparing high value multi-currency payments and invoices
  • Resolving all queries from suppliers
  • Reconciling banks accounts
  • Supporting senior staff with commentary on month end reports
  • Assisting with journals, cashflow forecasts and balance sheets

Essential skills/experience

  • Sage 50 accounts experience
  • Managing multiple supplier accounts
  • Preparing fortnightly payment runs
  • Reconciling banks accounts and supplier statements
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables & v-Lookups)

Desirable skills/experience

  • 1+ years’ purchase ledger and sales ledger experience
  • Currently studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
