Job Description
A fantastic new role has been created with our client who are a forward-thinking company based in Wetherby. They are an extremely professional business; they have an excellent reputation in their field and provide a supportive work environment. You will be responsible for helping manage the management schedules and fulfilling administrative projects and tasks as required by the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include –
Supporting the management team with administrative duties.
Sales meeting preparation, collating sales figures and preparing presentations.
Taking notes and typing up actions from meetings.
Customer service ad hoc support.
Diary management and booking appointments.
Office management and contract renewals.
Assisting with purchasing administration.
Data management and synchronization of systems.
Invoicing and sending quotations.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have experience in a similar position supporting a management team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dynamic and proactive. Work with a high level of confidentiality. Confident with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Flexible and self-motivated.
