Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY: You will be tasked predominantly with the production of project specific documentation including, all risk assessments and method statements, H&S Management File, Construction Phase Plan, COSHH Risk Assessments. You will also complete auditing whilst maintaining and developing the company Integrated Management Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Client: A fast growing company with big growth plans. Providing a turnkey service to facilities maintenance and construction projects. The company have specialists in the following field, Fit Out, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas and Air Conditioning. The company will get involved with projects varying from day work to year long contracts. The company targets high value work with well-established clients including the MOD, MOJ, Treasury, Construction Companies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience writing RAMS Experience writing H&S Management File Auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Exposure to construction, facilities management or the engineering industry.
