This role Accounts Assistant with Navision (6 months Fixed Term Contract) involves:
Exchange Rates
Update Exchange rates to NAVISION and PRO
Bank reconciliations in multi currencies
Cash Reporting
Banking
Arranging currency required for director/staff travel.
HSBCnet payments
remittances
Petty Cash
Generating journals for entry
Data entry into IFAS, NAVISION and PRO
Account analysis
Stock reconciliations
Account reconciliations
Assisting with period end agreements
Supplier queries
Ad hoc duties
Accountancy sector
Fixed term contract
Start next week
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant with Navision (6 months Fixed Term Contract) will:
Have used Microsoft Navision and Excel previously
Be happy to work on a fixed term contract to a permanent role
Have at least 1 years experience in accountancy
Be immediately available to start work next week
