Job Description

This role would suit a recruiter or somebody that is used to working in a role in which candidate paperwork and compliance is needed.

Key duties include:

  • Sending reference requests
  • Police requests and criminal record checks
  • Adding data to the system
  • Ensuring that candidates are compliant before onboarding
  • Liaising with new hires and guiding through process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar role in recruitment or candidate onboarding A very keen eye for detail Good teamwork skills An understanding of employee compliance would be desirable IT proficiency
