Key duties include:
Sending reference requests
Police requests and criminal record checks
Adding data to the system
Ensuring that candidates are compliant before onboarding
Liaising with new hires and guiding through process

Experience within a similar role in recruitment or candidate onboarding A very keen eye for detail Good teamwork skills An understanding of employee compliance would be desirable IT proficiency
